I've always followed the moon. I’m attuned to the changing light of the seasons and I'm drawn to the sight and sound of the wind and the sea. I use nature’s energy to call forth my own intuition and I work with women to rediscover and strengthen this connection in themselves. I use heart centered intuitive coaching. Together, we create the stillness you need to embody a new sense of time and remember who you really are.
I’m a graduate of Accomplishment Coaching, an ICF Certified Coach Training Program. I trained as a Lunar Guide Facilitator with April McMurtry of The Moon is My Calendar. Training in Clean Language Coaching with Metaphor, The Feminine in Coaching, The Academy for Soul Based Coaching.

I serve as a voice for young women and as a servant of recovering women. I encourage all women, especially young women, to walk the path of the Divine Feminine. Walking this path at a young age counters the culture of women competing with each other, not trusting each other, and trying to be “better than” each other. Connecting at a deeper spiritual level earlier in life allows the growth of intuitive connections that women want and need. When we do this, we pass this to the next generation of women with confidence.
